I could not believe how much my puppy attacked her bowl of food that day.
When you transition a dog into new food, you generally mix the foods, introducing the new food more and more. ZeeBee would pick out the Fromm and leave the Hill’s Science Diet in the bowl until she was hungry enough to eat it later. Once we fully transitioned over, I noticed a complete change in her! Her weight seemed much more stable, her shedding cut down significantly, her breath smelled better, and her energy went through the roof!
At the pet boutique, I firstly enjoyed that I get to support a small business and only walk 3 doors away from work to do so. Additionally, through the boutique and a Fromm program, there is a “buy 11 bags and get one free” policy. Finally, the owner of the store sent me home with sample sizes of every Fromm dry dog food flavor they carried.
When I googled Fromm after my first bag of food had come and gone, I noticed that they had only had 1 food recall in their CENTURY LONG career of creating premium dog foods. In general, aside from the cost of the product, most of the comments regarding Fromm were positive! I really enjoyed reading about the history and the science behind Fromm from a third party source which can be found here: http://dogfood.guru/fromm/.
Now. Just for clarification: I am not a crazy dog lady. I mean… in some aspects I probably am. I did, in fact, write a whole blog on how amazing my pup’s dog food is and I do, in fact, shop at a “dog boutique.” However, I still feed her stuff that has “bad stuff” in it occasionally like Beggin’ Strips (apparently the red dye is bad for dogs?) But you know what? In moderation…. Everything is okay. I’ve seen the same dog eat plastic and live to tell the tale… so… there’s THAT! My point is: I love Fromm dog food and you should too. The end.
